I’ve always had a knack for efficiency and organizing. In elementary school, I started timing myself each morning while preparing my juice and a waffle, making sure to have the juice poured and the plate, utensils, butter and syrup ready before the waffle popped up from the toaster, and subsequently to have dishes washed and loaded in the dishwasher before I swallowed my last bite. That same (weird, I know) tendency has continued into almost everything I do, most of all in my career.

With an Industrial Design background, I’ve worked in roles from Visual Merchandiser to Store Designer to Design Manager, and while each were a day-to-day design position, I’ve had the tendency to morph my creative role into “Project Manager” at its core, and it’s in this direction that I’m focused on growing on in my career.

I love marrying the vibrancy of creativity with the plan that's going to "get it done!," so my team can work efficiently and effectively, and have fun doing it. Those smooth operations + a happy team are when I feel a "job well done."

My go-to for project management is Asana, but I'm open to integrating into whatever's working for your team.

I'm very tech savvy and open to new challenges.
I have a passion for working in a multidisciplinary aspect, and owe the majority of what I know to my awesome coworkers throughout my career. I'd specifically love a spot on a project management team in a creative space.

WHAT ELSE?

Through my early roles, I learned to juggle tasks and shift priorities based on needs of the business. In my Visual Merchandising and Store Design roles, I managed the planning, design and execution of store-wide displays for companies like Restoration Hardware, Enesco and Kirk Market (Cayman Islands).

In my Business and Operations position, I owned in-store logistics that maintained a well-performing store for the benefit of customer, employee and company.

In my Design Manager role, I excelled in work that centered around project management and efficient road-mapping alongside my designer / consulting responsibilities. In doing so, I successfully managed client expectations while creating a balanced workload for our in-house team.

In my current position in a lead role at a startup in Silicon Valley, I’m heading up company roadmaps, new initiatives, product development and partnerships.
